What I did in the holidays Chapter 1 The most interesting thing I did in the holidays was… Going to my grandparents in Gore. So before I can tell you that story I ́ll tell this story… I was at home getting ready to go Gore, where my grandparents live. My dad came in and called out “Go get the scooters” as if he was angry [sort of was]. “Ok then” I shouted back at him. I got the scooters with my sister and brother and that's it really. So from then on I was getting the bags and my sister came and said, “Where are the phones? Do want them or not?” “Yeah yeah” I said in a grumpy low voice. Chapter 2 A While later I was getting in my Dad's car and then my dad comes to me says do you have everything ready yes I do dad. [ My dad was a bit sad for us leaving ] so we got in the car and ticking off our checklist and we have everything yes! Joy shouted at the top of her voice joy shhh I said in a quiet very low grumpy rumbly voice. [ I know I'm using voice a lot sorry ] So then on we were on our way to the bus stop and then my dad said that it was 10 hours! On the bus so then remembered that its 10 hours on the bus! [ SOOOOOO boring! ] yeah now you know why we have the phones? Yeah that's why we have the phones To be continued...

Tapu

WALT: Understand the Virtue of Sacred (Tapu).

What is the meaning of SACRED?

Something sacred is holy, devoted to a religious ceremony, or simply worthy of awe and respect. ... Sacred is an adjective used to describe a person or thing worthy of worship or declared holy. It usually appears in a religious context, but an object or place set aside for a particular purpose can also be sacred.

Why did I post this?
Because this week at NBC our virtue is Tapu.

This is my photo of a drawing I made super quickly to represent the virtue of Tapu. It is a drawing of a bible and a cross. I drew these because they are sacred and worthy of respect.

Enjoy and please leave a comment!
